Who we are and how these terms work
Aircon Warehouse is a South African air-conditioner warehouse based in Mbombela, serving the Lowveld and North West, including White River, Hazyview, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom and Rustenburg. The website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the business. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, suppliers and any person who sends an enquiry or places an order through the website or by email.
Our services include site assessments, new installations, replacement units, cassette fitment, portable setup, system commissioning, scheduled servicing, fault finding, gas top-ups and deep cleaning. Any quotation, booking or sale is subject to stock availability, site conditions and confirmation by our team. If a separate written agreement is signed for a specific job, that agreement will apply together with these terms unless it states otherwise.
Using the website and sending enquiries
You may browse the site for general information, product details and service information. You may also use the contact details provided to ask for pricing, stock confirmation or a site visit. You must not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other users, or sends false, unlawful or harmful content.

Quotes, stock and pricing
Prices shown or sent by email may change without notice where supplier cost, stock or transport cost changes. Trade prices are normally based on the specific model, capacity and installation requirements confirmed at the time of quotation. A quote is not a final order until accepted by us and, where required, paid for or scheduled.
We keep stock in a warehouse environment and supply wall splits, cassettes and portable units where available. If an item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative unit or a revised lead time. Any estimate for delivery or installation is provisional and can change due to load-shedding, access delays, weather, municipal requirements or other site conditions. We try to keep customers informed, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Orders, payments and cancellations
Payment terms will be confirmed on a case by case basis. Where a deposit is requested, work may only be scheduled once payment clears. Ownership of goods remains with Aircon Warehouse until full payment is received. If an order is cancelled after stock has been reserved, collected or dispatched, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee and any transport or handling cost already incurred.
- Bookings for installations or servicing may require advance notice.
- Missed site visits may still be chargeable if the team arrives at the agreed time and access is not provided.
- Any special parts ordered specifically for your job may not be returnable.
- All amounts are payable in South African Rand unless agreed otherwise.
Installation, servicing and site conditions
Installation and service work is carried out by qualified personnel or approved technicians under our supervision. The customer must make the site safe and accessible and must ensure that existing electrical supply, wall strength, drainage and mounting positions are suitable for the unit being installed. Coastal humidity, dust, roof access and municipal by laws can affect the method and cost of work. We may stop or reschedule a job if the site is unsafe or if the conditions differ materially from what was advised during the assessment.
System commissioning, gas top-ups and deep cleaning are performed in line with the requirements of the equipment and the site. We do not guarantee performance where the equipment has been misused, poorly maintained, incorrectly installed by others, or damaged by power failures, storm damage, pests or water ingress. Any warranty on labour or parts will be limited to the terms given with that specific job.
Intellectual property and customer content
All text, images, layouts, logos, drawings and product descriptions on this site belong to Aircon Warehouse or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, alter or distribute this material for commercial use without written consent. If you send us photographs, measurements or other information for a quotation or service call, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it may be used for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
We may keep records of quotations, invoices, service notes and communication for business, accounting and support purposes. Any personal information is handled in line with applicable South African law and our internal privacy practices.
Limits of liability and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aircon Warehouse and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, power related damage, or delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under South African law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
