The people behind the warehouse counter

Aircon Warehouse started in 2018 with a clear aim, to give trade customers and homeowners a straight answer, the right unit and proper backup. Based in Mbombela and working across the Lowveld and North West, the team handles everything from stock advice to installations in homes, shops and offices.

We deal with hot summer afternoons, coastal-style humidity in some inland pockets, dust, power interruptions and tight municipal schedules, so the people here have to be practical. That is why every quote, site visit and job handover gets handled by someone who knows their part of the job well.

Leadership that keeps the operation steady

Sipho Mandla Nkosi, Managing Director leads the business from Mbombela. He keeps the company focused on trade pricing, stock availability and proper service standards across the Lowveld and North West. Sipho works closely with the rest of the team to make sure customers get honest advice and a smooth handover from quote to completion.

His approach is simple, keep the range ready, keep the team accountable and make sure the work holds up after the first week and the first summer heat.

Annelie van Wyk, Sales Manager handles customer enquiries, quotations and product matching. She spends a lot of time making sure the unit on offer suits the room size, usage and budget, whether it is a wall split for a home in White River or a cassette for an office in Potchefstroom.

  • Trade pricing and stock checks
  • Unit selection for replacement jobs
  • Follow up on quotes and lead times

Installation and commissioning done properly

Thabo Mokoena, Installations Supervisor oversees site work, fitment and commissioning. He manages the practical side of the job, from pipe runs and mounting positions to neat cable routing and final testing. That matters in the Lowveld where heat loads are high, and in North West where dust and load-shedding can make weak installations fail early.

Thabo also keeps the installation team aligned on safety, access and finish. A clean installation is not just about looks, it helps the unit run better and makes later servicing easier.

Lerato Molefe, Service Coordinator arranges service bookings, fault finding visits, gas top-ups and deep cleaning jobs. She keeps track of turnaround times and makes sure clients know when the technician is due. If a system starts blowing weak air or trips after a power cut, Lerato helps get the right visit booked without delays.

  • Site assessments before new installs
  • Replacement units and system commissioning
  • Scheduled servicing and deep cleaning

Warehouse control and stock you can count on

Johan Steyn, Warehouse Controller manages incoming stock, dispatch and the day-to-day control of wall splits, cassettes and portable units. He checks that the right items are on the shelf and that orders leave with the correct accessories, brackets and fittings. When trade clients need a quick turnaround, Johan’s organisation helps keep things moving.

The warehouse side is where many delays can start if the stock is not checked properly, so his role is important. It is also where the team keeps track of what sells best in Mbombela, Hazyview, Klerksdorp and Rustenburg, which helps with planning for the next season.

Accounts and admin that keep the paperwork in order

Nokuthula Dlamini, Accounts and Admin handles invoicing, records, basic admin and account support. She keeps the paperwork in order so customers can focus on the job itself instead of chasing missing details. That includes making sure the numbers line up, the files are complete and the communication stays clear.

In a trade environment, admin that is tidy saves time for everybody. Nokuthula’s work helps the rest of the team respond faster when a quote is approved or an installation needs to be scheduled.

For branches and service areas, the admin flow supports work across Mbombela, White River, Hazyview, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom and Rustenburg. It is the background part of the business, but it keeps the front-end service on track.

A team shaped by local conditions

Every person at Aircon Warehouse brings a different part of the process, but the goal stays the same, practical air-conditioning support that suits South African conditions. From first enquiry through to post-install service, the team understands that clients need equipment that handles heat, dust, humidity and power interruptions without causing extra headaches.

We work with homeowners, small businesses, contractors and site managers who need clear answers and reliable follow-through. If you are planning a new installation, replacing an old unit or sorting a service issue, this is the team that will see it through.
