A trade team built around real service
Aircon Warehouse was founded in 2018 and has grown from our Mbombela base into a supply and installation business serving the Lowveld and North West. We work with wall split units, cassette systems and portable units, and we support customers in Mbombela, White River, Hazyview, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom and Rustenburg.
Our people handle the daily pressure that comes with trade supply, site work and after-sales support. That means stock control, customer calls, loading units, quoting, installations and follow-up service. It is hands-on work and you need to be comfortable with a busy store room, early starts and practical problem solving.
Roles we hire for
We do not keep a public vacancy list here, but we often need people in the following areas as the business grows.
- Sales and counter support
- Warehouse and stock control
- Installation assistance and site work
- Service coordination and admin
- Accounts and invoicing support
- Technicians for commissioning, servicing and fault finding
If you have trade experience or solid admin skills, tell us what you can do and where you have worked before. A clean driver's licence, good customer manner and the ability to work under pressure help a lot.
What the work looks like day to day
Our team deals with site assessments, new installations, replacement units, cassette fitment, portable setup, system commissioning, scheduled servicing, gas top-ups and deep cleaning. On some days the focus is on a household unit in White River, on others it may be a business in Klerksdorp that needs help after load-shedding affected its system.
We need people who are careful with detail, respectful on site and willing to work neatly. Install work often means checking pipe runs, drainage, electrical supply and fixing points before the unit goes up. In the warehouse, accuracy matters because the wrong model or missing part slows everyone down, and that is no good for the customer.
What kind of person fits in here
We value straight talk, punctuality and a willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to show up prepared and take instruction properly. We work in warm, dusty and sometimes humid conditions, especially in the Lowveld, so practical common sense goes a long way.
- Good communication with customers and teammates
- Comfortable with tools, stock or computer work depending on the role
- Prepared for physical work and site travel
- Neat, trustworthy and safety conscious
- Able to work in a team and follow process
How to send your CV

Why people choose to build a career with us
Aircon Warehouse is a working trade business, not a sit-back office. People who do well here like solving problems, keeping stock moving and helping customers get the right air-conditioner for the job. Our team includes Sipho Mandla Nkosi, Annelie van Wyk, Thabo Mokoena, Lerato Molefe, Johan Steyn and Nokuthula Dlamini, and each person plays a clear role in keeping the branch running.
If you want work where effort is noticed and the day has real pace, send through your CV and tell us what part of the trade you want to grow in.
